          @calamity
          I've been using Edifier R1280DB for about a year now. And those are phenomenal for the price they command. 10k for a pair of bookshelf speakers with 42W combined output (21W each). Available on Amazon. You can check their other range as well

            Let me see here.....for the price of just 1 black B&O I can buy 3 current JBL Flips or 2 of the larger JBL ones and enjoy the same musical quality that this particular B&O puts out. Just *what* does this product cater to? Definitely not me! :-D

                kek, 15 Apr 2021I seriously cant see any individual buying these. like, why? B&O does excellent high end A/V systems. They are in business since 1925, so they know what they are doing.
                People are buying expensive things like, Rolls Royce, diamonds, etc.

                  I prefer to buy sony srs r5000 speakers with complete features and with 360 reality audio which is very beautiful sound with a cheaper price.

                    What are some value for money audiophile kinda grade brands? Looking for a new pair of computer speakers. 2.1 preferably. I reside in India. It would be nice if someone could suggest something.

                        a book worm inside me is intrigued
                        my wallet doesn't

                          Bang & Olufsen isn't really audiophile grade, more lifestyle brand (competitors include devialet and bose) hence, why they are found in swanky malls as oppose to high end hifi stores.

                              Another dead Danish company, who lies about their bankruptcy. Even the partnership with apple, didn't change the quality back to the real b&o quality from the 80/90s.!

                                A very cool idea, and a nice way to subtly add audio capabilities to a library!
                                Only a bit expensive considering you probably won't get much sound quality out of them.

                                    $900! it must be nice to be wealthy. Both are stupidly over priced. I could see half the cost, then ok.

                                        I bet you get pair of really really good shelf speakers for 1/5 of the money. For example Edifier Studio R2000DB that will probably blow that Bang off the shelf with it's sound.

                                        These wats it talk about for so little thing with none existent camber dont exactly make you feel it will have any quality sound coming out of these
