AnonD-58527, 28 Sep 2012Your right. Windows Phone 8 is build for long term succe... moreAgree, but the sad part is not related to the OS or the phones. But with the users. Look at how most of the Android and iOS users react at a news which is not about... well... Android or iOS. It makes me feel sick. Nobody bullied them for choosing Android or iOS, so i just don't understand what's the point in them bullying us about the phones we choose. I understand that if you're an American, you GOT to buy iPhones, so you sustain the American economy. And if you're a cool hipster, you GOTTA get Androids, cause you're not mainstream to go with iPhones. But what about the ones that aren't any of those? Aren't we free to choose what the hell we want?

AnonD-69936, 28 Sep 2012lol, finally you've come :D really enjoyed all your commen... moreYou bet.

Android fans know WP8 is in it for the long term.
Thats why they are in here claiming "it's fixed"
            all the time.
Most will end up using wp8 anyway by this time next year. And market share will cut into lagdroid

HTC,samsung,LG pay mircosoft $5 a handset for every android sold. Either way M$ is winning.

AnonD-63316, 28 Sep 2012I agree with the part regarding testing before talking. But... moreYour right.

Windows Phone 8 is build for long term success.
NT hybrid core with 64 core support there if needed.
              That's from day one.

Hasn't the issues from the past like Android still
has killing it today.Bigger bloated mess more they try and fix it.

[deleted post]Oh, sorry mister teacher! I am sure he didn't want to offend you, a mighty, intelligent and charismatic SGS3 owner. Excuse the man's enthusiasm. We all know that when SGS3 and now Note 2 were presented, everybody freaked out like horny dogs. But hey, that was different, right?

[deleted post]Do you think Balmer & MS will let Nokia die with their WP..??

No way Jose! MS will use all their resources to make sure that WP is alive in Nokia as it's main OEM (Just like Samsung Google). If Nokia dies WP will be in a big trouble.

Nokia is MS long bet, and this is just the begining.

[deleted post]I agree with the part regarding testing before talking. But i owned iPhone and SGS3 and it's not like i found God. They are good phones, but when you're looking for something else, WP8 seems a good alternative. Most of us (those waiting for WP8 phones) have history with smartphones, so it's no sense to patronize us just because you have a SGS or iPhone and you feel a lot superior. I may be wrong, but sure it seems like you do.
So. better mind your own business and let us choose what we want, not what you (and other Apple or Android preachers) want. Deal?

[deleted post]Let me tell you how people know how a phone - not a movie - will be amazing:

-They all know Windows Phone 7. Windows Phone 8 adds much more features.
-We know what 1.5 GHz S4 dual-core is. We also know what 1 GB of RAM means for an OS as light and fast as Windows.
-We've all seen the video and stills the phone takes.
-We all know what wireless charging means.
-We all saw it work with gloves on.

These are what you get from product demos. Also what you get from independent reviews, right here on GSMArena or WPCentral.

Unlike a movie - that is a product just to be seen once or a few times with all subjective responses from movie goers - a piece of technology can be objectively demoed and tested.

If you have no idea of what all those specs mean, then you are technologically crippled. Others are not like you, so just zip it.

it seems a good phone on paper.
I'm waiting the review that GSMARENA will do to the phone once they have their hands on it.
As for the price I don't understand why people are complaining about it.
Nokia Lumia 920 is in direct contest with Iphone5 and if you look the price of Iphone5 it near the same.
