"Bespoke" means custom made for a particular individual, like having a custom tailored suit made for yourself. "Bespoke" does not mean drivers designed for a entire model of headset. If it's the same driver in every set of these headsets, then the driver is not bespoke. And since there are parts designed specifically and uniquely for pretty much every headset on the market, there is nothing unusual or "custom" about the drivers in this headset. They are not "bespoke."

I find the overuse of the word "bespoke" these days, in contexts where it never would have been used in the past, incredibly pretentious and annoying. But if people can't even use the word correctly, it's even more ridiculous. I assme GSMArena took the term "bespoke" directly out of the B&W press release and repeated it uncritically.

Anonymous, 21 Apr 2021Jacks will still and always will be important for audiophil... moreActual audiophiles with a half decent set of cans would use a DAP just because "phone wouldnt do them justice" mentality.

You dont need a jack when 90% of the users are on youtube or 320kbps spotify with some shitty V-shaped FR headphones (son xm4's, momentums, m50x). LDAC gives you up to 990 kbps bitrate and lets be honest, no one needs reference sound while trains and buses are humming in the background.

Jack doesn not belong in a phone now, it belongs to 20th century.

Expensive but worth it considering its Bowers and Wilkins and not some beats with zero audio tech.
