                        All I said is that a sensor shouldn't be under 12Mp, which for a long while have been the industry standard in BOTH DSLR AND Smartphones.
                        Sure I want a DSLR, are you going to buy me one?

                        All I am talking about is to have NO sub-12Mp sensors, considering the main camera already have 108Mp on many phones and the COMPLETE triple sensor + lens set of a phone like the Poco F2 Pro can be found for less than 20$ on spare parts websites (which is more expensive than what it cost to the manufacturer), even on AliExpress we can find it for 23$, and it counts a 64Mp main camera, a 13Mp Ultra-Wide, and a 5MP Macro.
                        So don't tell me it is too hard or costly to just put a 12Mp sensor rather than a 8Mp Ultra-Wide and a 5Mp Macro, 8Mp Macro sure, 5Mp no! 12Mp Ultra-Wide sure, 8Mp Ultra-Wide no!
                        Some of the cheapest phones have OIS, so why many high-end lacks it?
                        And that lack of Telephoto!

                        I don't want to take pro pictures, I just want to take pics that aren't under the resolution of what most 2019 phones has to offer, and I want an optical (no useless loss by cropping) Telephoto to see things further away.

                        When paying 1000$+ for a phone, we should be in right to expect that it has a better camera setup than last year's flagship :

                          I never talked about underdisplay camera, which is something that I hate as there are better solutions AND it wants to be the next EXCLUSIVE trend.
                          Punch holes and notches are stupid, bezel is a nice and simple thing that didn't need to be fixed.
                          Pop up camera are amazing and had none of the issues haters like to constantly talk about.
                          A hole in a display is a stupid idea, and it is found ONLY in the smartphone industry where stupid trends are constantly pushed, that by itself should make anyone with more than 3 neurons understand.

                          Currently, there are the same reoccurring trends that are so invasive that they leave no other options :
                          *50% chances of a punch hole 50% chances of a teardrop, Flagship usually have punch hole.
                          *Lack of 3.5mm Jack.
                          *50% chances of a curved edge/waterfall display on high-end devices.
                          *2Mp Macro + Depth combo.
                          *Optical FPS over Ultrasonic one which is immensely superior in all aspects.
                          *Super slim body, causing low battery capacity in too many cases.
                          *Huge body.
                          *Lack of IR Blaster.
                          *Lack of Gorilla Glass Victus.
                          *Lack of MicroSD card slot, let alone independent MicroSD card slot.
                          *Lack of Continuously variable zoom.
                          *Lack of Telephoto.
                          *Lack of Wide + Ultra-Wide + Telephoto combo where the Telephoto is replaced by useless sensors like 2Mp Macro or a Depth Camera.
                          *Plague of sub 12Mp sensors.
                          *Lack of OIS.
                          *Flagship without 960FPS and no evolution higher than that other than for Huawei since the fricking Snapdragon 835!
                          *Stupid region lock/lack of GSM bands.
                          *Lack of Dual Band Sat Nav for too many costly phones.
                          *Some new phones still lacking NFC in 2021!!!??????

                          NO, I want DIVERSITY, meaning each brand offering DIFFERENT designs AMONG their products, meaning SOMETHING ELSE that ONLY Punch holes and Notches.
                          The issue is that 99.9% of all phones haves those poor feature set choice.

                          And what your inability to understand simple stuff still can't grasp is the fact that I don't care what most phones are, I do care that MANY DESIRED DESIGNS AREN'T AVAILABLE AT ALL, because except those identical designs there is basically NOTHING ELSE TO CHOOSE FROM, preventing many to have the designs they want.
                          This was the fricking selling point of Android over Apple, that it offer customization and had diversity, so anyone can have what he wants.

                          It is almost common knowledge that the iPhone notch is hated, except if you were living under a rock.
                          Except if the notch alone is big enough criteria, going to the iPhone SE mean giving up on all the other features the main iPhone line has to offer.
                          Because one of the typical thing people like you still can't understand is that for almost everyone there isn't a SINGLE design/feature choice driving the phone choice, there are multiple, and the notch/punch hole is a single among others.

Sorry if ... moreI don't think I would have quite put it the way it was put by that person but I can kind of see their point a little. If you want a really good camera, surely just buy a DSLR camera. You're never going to get that standard of photography on a phone camera. No matter what they say with huge megapixel counts, ultra wide cameras, autofocus, OIS and EIS. The quality will never be there at the end of the day. Just feel that the camera is probably for most less important than battery life and charging speed, processing power, build quality, display and speed. But if you really want professional grade photography, you need to spend a lot on professional specialised equipment.

But, that misidentified GPU might indicate another chip, and a place name of 888, or an actually chipset name that is the same as Qualcomm. I thought hot was the lesser brand, and they wouldn't be doing top end stuff. Or, is the original parent company doing all the design, and licensing it to honor at a hefty fee, to make profit off of it instead of releasing it themselves?

                                    Sorry if this is too much to ask to have a proper camera setup on a 1000€/$+ phone that put a big emphasis on the camera and will probably, as most flagship, be marketed around its camera capabilities.

                                    And maybe it is constantly written because there is a LACK of it.
