Ly, 03 May 2021My s20 ultra got some issue with middle camera after upgrad... moreMe too my phone was perfectly fine and then one day i updated my phone after few days when i take videos my back camera becomes shaking! Went to samsung service center they told me to replace the camera for $200. I don't get it because i had my phone since it released last year then i never dropped my phone. Because of that update my camera is shaking. :(

Of course, I'll agree that they must've done better quality control.

My s20 ultra got some issue with middle camera after upgrade software ,its unstable and shaking. So i went to service center, they told me i need change the lens and cost almost 200$,which i dont get it the camera was fine before upgrade and suddenly be hardwarw problem.

Well I've had my S20+ for over a year now and it still looks flawless af, mind you I've got no pouch. I don't relate

Not in the US, just from Oz my s20u camera glass broke when the phone came out of my hand onto a desk with a drop of like 1cm. Had the glass replaced by samsung and now can't even take photos at 1x as there's glass dust on the lense, 4x up only works and fish eye cam :(

I've known some friends using samsung and 2 of them uses s20 ultra, they dropped it quite few times but still look flawless. I still don't believe some commnets here but some of the s20 series owner might be true that their s20 ultra camera lens broke. It's still on how the consumers use their phones.

It doesn't say low quality camera module.
Quite making stuff up.
And not to Samsung's defense.. . But what company is but cheaping out on one glass, camera, or other aspect of the phone?
The answer is none. They all are. Disagree and you simply have no idea what you're talking about.
