Google accidentally reveals the name of its cheaper Pixel Buds

My problem is you can't even trust the reviews because all of them either praise the product or point out completely stupid things. I have the Galaxy Buds+ which have fantastic reviews - and they are indeed great for comfort and noise cancelling (even if they don't officially have it) but the sound quality is poor compared to the wired earphones I got with my phone (also Samsung) - which of course would cost much less if bought separately. But then you read a wireless earbuds review and you read all this bullsh*t and realize you can't even trust anyone anymore because all they need are clicks and there are very few high-quality specialized websites with great reviewers. So whatever the reviews say about Pixel Buds you can be sure to not trust them to tell the truth.

I thought I wouldn't like it, but I love the convenience.
Though that's no excuse to remove the headphone jacks.

The regular Pixel Buds were a joke. Imagine how bad Google's QC will be for the budget model.

The stupidity of ... moreThere are actual bargain stuff under $50 from Anker soundcore and oppo which are actually good. They do 95% at 50% money and most of the time offer better battery life than the ones from phone companies.
Anker's stuff are especially good because they know their batteries.

I'd rather get a Moondrop?Tin/Fiio IEM for a similar price & it'd easily outlast these cheap buds.

The stupidity of mankind never cease to amaze me. That we've come to a point where a 100+ buck earphone, with an expected lifespan of 1-2 years and mediocre sound in tow, is considered a bargain.
