Fix the bugs in your oxygen os first and give updates as promised. No need of bringing such features if you haven't got any stability in the software itself.

Every thene store comes with themes segregated based on latest themes or popular themes or top rated themes, best of the month, year, etc.
No need to scan through low end theme. Stop justifying pathetic customizability of ios

[deleted post]I know people are all about having a choice, but really, nothing about iOS is so visually offensive to a point I'd want to change a theme and most people feel the same. And I was making custom themes myself, especially Nokia inspired SymbianOS ones back in the day. I liked the visuals of it. But really on any Android phone that I had and now iOS, I just use whatever it comes with the phone by default and they all look really nice. I use some colorful lines wallpaper from Xiaomi for home screens and photo of my dog on lock screen. And it's perfectly fine. Problem with all theme galleries is that they are filled with so much garbage low effort themes it's hard to find really quality ones. And that's really their main problem. If OnePlus will make few different themes so users can pick between those it's very likely they'll be high quality and that's fine. I don't have such faith or confidence for user made ones tho...

It's a classic case of building new highways without stopping to repair the old ones you built. My dad's oneplsu 7T has had the worst update record for a upper-mid range mobile phone and especially OnePlus who builts its "reputation" on timely updates.
Sorry, oneplus....samsung it is.

The kind of Consumers who choose the Feature-Rich-Changeable-Theme kind of UI and OS, have already got their needs satisfied by phones from Samsung and Xiaomi. And the consumers who appreciate the Clean Android OS look and feel, have always appreciated OnePlus for going down that route. If this happens Oneplus will disappoint their current consumers/fan base, to target another type of consumers who don't even think about getting a OnePlus over Samsung or Xiaomi phones. This is simply a case of bad decisions made by companies after they go big and get greedy. 👎

The reason why we like oneplus is (was) clean android. Not like 'others' additional store, bixby, browsers basically cloning google apps. Wrong way
