    Not a hack.
    Backdoor built for NSA.
By Design. Do you honestly think all Qualcomm engineers are so stupid for decades after decades?

Anders, 07 May 2021Mediatek chips keep getting more and more appealingAgreed. I'm looking fwd to DM1200 powered GT Neo, I don't like it's camera & design too much, but I'm due for an upgrade, and the ZF8 Mini certainly won't be as cheap & I really have no clue how are they gonna cool that furnace 888 in a compact phone like that (maybe underclock it like the older Pixels)

Whistle, Yankee Doodle Dandy. I was just going to give up commenting for a while, then this.

Do we go and buy Chinese Chipsets then. To protect privacy?

Secretly patched, a vital security breach since the 1990's. Possibly every government security phone since then. Which defines treason? Could this be the backdoor eluded to in NCIS? Shame, our security Nah!

So, what back up security flaw exists. The Russians and Chinese are probably feverishly looking at American government phone chipsets. Any deviation in American government models now, to seal them up at least The much ignored surveillance state program by Snowdon shown. Devices with unreplacable g
batteries. Just leave them in the car, let them rely on their laser microphone technologies. t least they can keep the enemy satellites off of you. Enemy cold war in space. Spooky.

Yes, the Americans have had backdoors put in America operating system for as long. American modems? People think they can reply on encryption, but known for years, in Wired magazine article, Nevada computing farm recording everything, trying to get enough power to crack encryption. What has also happened, is NZ developed optical computing technology over 20 years. Imagine a building that could be devoted to cracking, then times that by a thousand of more advanced silicon designs, then times that by maybe 1000, more advanced optical designs. Then the building becomes a desktop.

In the movie, Yankee Doodle Dandy, the entertainer is asked what his secret was, and he reveals knowing what the ordinary guy wants, which was cell phones, digital entertainment. We used to worry about getting the Bible elrctronically out to remote villagers in South America and Africa, now, they carry cell phones that can do that.

This "backdoor" has probably always been known about, but nothing was said until discovered lol. Privacy is not real anymore!

iPhones use Qualcomm modems so it's not just phones with Qualcomm chipsets that are vulnerable. Of course they're not going to fix it.

Somehow, they won't get the same treatment as let's say... A Chinese company 🤦🏻‍♂️
