Always wonder why Mediatek always dumps down on GPU cores in their chipset (they're rather also Conservative on their cpu clock frequency too) and rather tune then them at higher clock speed,why not increase them a bit to let's say 9 core as seen here for power and performance balance,rather than fewer core and higher clock speed..

On the other hand, outside of China, only India is into these "gaming" phones. Most of the world stays with the vanilla devices. Gaming phones are still a niche thing, even if marketing makes you believe they are not.
