Samsung already closed down it's own Chip design unit. They are using pretty much standard ARM with an AMD GPU part on their own node.
It'll be better than the Qualcomm crap but far behind Apple M1(X).

It was crappy in the beginning and it's still crappy years after. Apple dropped ARM and it was behaving like almost nothing happened yet they changed entire architecture. A year later it'll work like nothing happened. When will you people realize specs on paper mean nothing? A functioning ecosystem does however. That means hardware+software, not just one or the other.
