And perhaps tablets and even phones too. The chip will replace the Snapdragons currently used in Samsung's Windows-on-ARM laptops.

Wait, so they are going the other way around (compared to Apple).
First put it in a laptop, then maybe tablet and phone.
I can't complain, since laptops would easily be able to cool it. Just hope MS steps up their ARM dev for Windows to truly gain the benefits of these chips, bcoz I haven't really heard of any 8CX-2 laptops performing as well as traditional x86

I'm really surprised they didn't target Chrome OS first since it's a bit more effective on ARM atm. The bet seems to be that every other Windows ARM device didn't have a good SoC and it has nothing to do with Windows.
