Apple is one of the few companies that actually make reasonably-sized phones. The iPhone 12 mini, while it hasn't had great sales, has been one of the most critically revered phones of 2020. Even the 12 and 12 Pro are reasonably sized. Unlike most (note this word "most" when you right your inevitable attempt at a comeback, and funnily enough Samsung one of the companies that makes a reasonably-sized phone) Android companies, Apple allows you to pick between a "humongous beast," a small phone, or something in between. How can I get the drug that you're clearly on? I want to be able to block out any form of logic and facts like you can.

How is 5.9" considered small by any means ? If anything, it would be average. Just because Samsung and Apple have create humongous beasts doesn't make anything else small.

I really like ZenFone Flip, it really is good looking and I prefer the flip camera setup but the smaller size is advantage for me so I would choose smaller 8 model over 8 flip. But it Flip version will be released in smaller size it would be perfect and better.

Definitely not worth getting the 8 flip when the only difference is the processor and in-display biometrics. I still prefer the physical sensor plus you get OIS on the 7 pro!

Im so annoyed they didnt make the flip the flagship may as well buy the 7 pro for nearly half the price

I have a Zenfone 6 and it is great. I'd replace it with another similar phone easily. Trouble is they won't sell it here. I don't know why anyone would prefer a smaller battery and crappier front facing camera.

We definitely won't be seeing the industry-standard 16:9 aspect ratio or the Univisium 18:9 aspect ratio coming back anytime soon. Heck, within the smartphone world, the 18:9 aspect ratio only lasted for just one year in 2018, that's it. 2019 was the start of 19:9 and above screen aspect ratio on smartphones.
Speaking of 18:9, the only brand new most recent 18:9 screen smartphone that you can buy right now is the Fairphone 3+, that's about it. But even that phone was limited to European countries only at the moment.

Not sure about 5 III.Both 1 Mk3 and 5 Mk3 share exactly the same camera hardware setup with the only notable difference being the 3D ToF sensor which only available on the 1 Mk3. In fact, Sony has already done that with 2020 1 Mk2 and 5 Mk2.
