That's ironic that MS tried to file patents against motorola given that motorola invented and designed most of what MS were claiming. Only difference is that MOTO never patented their inventions. In my Expert opinion it should be the other way around. MS should be sued.

Why this Windows Phone lags then?
Android doesn't lag on 2.3 up and if it happened because its under heavy multitasking which this feature will never be exist in Windows Phone because its primitive OS = No support for multitasking.
*Even Windows XP Vista lag if you have heavy multitasking.
While Windows Phone = latest Windows still lags
And I'm not going to talk about Windows Mobile, That was a huge buggy OS and yes it counts since you still bringing old Android versions and how laggy they were but the truth Windows Mobile was more horrific lagger/bugger OS than the alpha versions of Android
And Windows in business since 1990 Windows CE and Android started in 2008 and beat Windows with its hands up!

another year or two and 2gb ram standard perhaps.
maybe 10% of users will have a lag free os by then.
