Intel Lava XOLO X900 gets Ice Cream Sandwich update

wow good idea. but they need to concentrate on compatibility on apps. as its poor. i have the orange san diego version. and really like 75% of apps actually worked.

shame.

i have seen this phone its so cheap look and very very bad phone,very slow, poor features they are just making fool, first one weak one month this phone will work after that lol, third class loll, lava loll

Many ppl says this a vry good phone and has a very good user review. Also only prob that ser complaints is over heating, other than its good phone.
I would have brought this phone if they announced ICS arrival with exact month.

Hi All

The set is awesome ,I am using it for the past 2 months , it is better than Samsung s2 and has got features of s3 at a price of 20k ... It is manufactured by Intel , while is imported & sold by LAVA in India.....eg. Hush Puppies are sold by Bata.
I had gone to buy Samsumg S2, but after seeing this handset my mind changed ,and had to buy this handset.

Even the customer care is very good & supportive with onsite support ,they called & emailed me about this ICS update.

Hmmm, too little too late. There are plenty of better phones at that price point now.
Xperia U, sola, galaxy advance, ace 2, and my personal favorite, galaxy nexus for example..
there are a few other arm single core phones but I won't mention them

Med field is outdated and Intel decided to keep the new Gen hips windows only. Their loss

If Intel forgot about backward compatibility for mobile devices and keep the platform more open, they have a chance especially since they have some of the best fabrication tech.

Hey guys...This phone manufactured by Lava but the technology used is Intel....A friend of mine has this phone and I would say its better than most of the dual core phones...battery is good....camera rocks and touch is better than 90% of the mobiles priced below 25k in India....This best part is the finishing of the phone...it has good grip...The same phone is manufactured by Orange in UK...If you are planning to get a phone with a 20 K budget...I suggest you to take a demo on this Intel Xolo 900....Most importantly this phones does not have the Lava logo in it...it says Intel at the back...
