Looks like an excellent smartphone and the Mediatek Dimensity 800U chipset is really amazing for the users. Good camera as well.

That's a pretty good phone, very fast charging and a nice OLED screen.I've been using the P40 lite for a couple of months without GMS and I'm pretty pleased, most of the apps run without problems.

Smartphone is aimed to Chinese market, so no GMS looks like just normal. Basically jack 3.5 is a rudiment and it makes troubles with water resistance only.
But, pricing for hardware is well enough especially when we compare it to something like Samsung A52.

Still, it'll probably still sell reasonably well offline due to the honor brand although definitely won't be a massive seller online

When you look at the capability of the Poco F3, this just doesn't compare but is virtually the same price. It's not good enough really.

No headphone jack, no Google services. No point in them buying the honor brand, they should've just let it die gracefully

Anonymous, 18 May 2021Will this have play services support? It should

Why is it still on Android 10???

Aaanddd we had to know this why?
They are dead outside of China and that battery capacity is a massive joke.

Do the Huawei restrictions apply on Honor smartphones? Are the two companies one and the same??

Ew, flat edges. What's with the chinese and copying the worst "features" of Apple devices? What's next, flat edges but they're also part of the screen, mixing the two worst features of Apple and Samsung?

Had hoped to see a Play 5 Pro with good cameras like last year's Play 4 Pro :(

🍎 Will sell 65W charging phones for no less than 1000$ in the future without charger inside the box. They'll sell it as a separate accessory costing 200$

ToyPhone still stuck on 20W overheating garbage
