i hate iphone. I hate to wait for the whole day just to transfer a movie into it. I hate when everyone else of my friend can share picture freely except me and i hate everyone else called it smartphone. It is stupid and shitty. Doesn't matter if the OS is dying, symbian still hold special place in my heart. In the upcoming 2 years no other phone can compete with its camera. Heck even 2 yrs ago also nobody can challenge it now.

I guess you can do a hard reset before reinstaling the software/firmware through Nokia Suite.
Check out for how-to-do on disussions.nokia.com.
And you may also format E compartment also before reinstalling the latest formware through Nokia suite.

AnonD-27765, 10 Oct 2012I was a former N8/Belle user and currently an iPhone 5 user... moreApple's shill detected. Try out different phones. There are at least 3 OSs that are truly worth trying: WP 8, Android 4.1, iOS 6 (Meego is also nice, but it's currently dead, with Jolla giving it some CPR).

There are also many types of phones in the Android and WP 8 camp. With iOS you have the iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4S, most other models are rather outdated, overpriced and missing many features.

WP8 has some flagships and some budget phones coming at the end of this month. Android has a whole lot of high end devices, middle rangers and budget phones, so try what may best fit your needs. If you buy anything on contract, buy a high end device or an excellent mid ranger. It's not worth to "save $100" if you'll pay ~$1500 over the next 2 years.

Finally, you could end up switching to the new iPhone, but I'd strongly recommend to consider other options first. If they don't work or are too complicated for you, and you've got spare money to spend on the most overpriced phone yet, go ahead.

I was a former N8/Belle user and currently an iPhone 5 user. I'm glad I made the switch. Nokia and Belle are awful compared to the iPhone. I pity those who are still stuck with this dead OS. You guys are missing so much. Make the switch now to the iPhone.

I believe it doesn't take 3 minutes[Locked Screen 2:05, Unlocked home screen 2:08] to swipe unlock the screen.
