May i know all the problems are rectified Like
1. Cameras exit option
2. Option to use front cam
3. Gallery options
4. Volume control touch interface??? .

I was NOKIA lover, but after that defected update in Oct., 2012, I don't like NOKIA. Personally feel Samsung the BEST. What do you say ????

hi. I am an Iranian student. I bought 701 cell phone .last night I updated my phone to this edition but camera is damaged and not works and now my cell phone has very other problems.in your opinions : why?

I've been a loyal Nokia user from my very first cell phone to my present phone, but I absolutely hate FP2 for the lack of gallery options and not being able to use my front-facing camera! How can I undo this? Will restoring the factory settings help at all? Don't want to lose my data but I can't continue with this FP2.

i own a nokia 700 , i have just updated my phone to fp2 yet i still cannot update the other update such as nokia store and i cannot surf ovi store .

i really would like to hear what nokia have to say but if anyone can help or tell me why or maybe some suggestion i would try it all out and will be deeply appreciated.

the fp2 containing photo & video editor in default gallary you may check it
1. go to gallary and chose photo or video
2. And click options
3. And click edit
4. Now you can edit the photo or video on your wish

i m so sad...i just upgrade my 701 to belle fp2 but i cant use my both camera..whenever i press the cam key the screen become hanged....plz gys help me

front camera is not working in fp2,so how 2 get back from fp2 to fp1

I suspect the reason Nokia removed the Mark Multiple option in Gallery was because most people used it to email multiple pics.

But that never worked properly, so Nokia wanted to block that.

Most of the time the email app crashed, leaving an unsent email in the Drafts folder (which you could retrieve manually and sent it).

It used to be fairly reliable if you emailed just one pic.

Now it barely works at all; I find that any attempt to email a pic just crashes and dumps the email into Drafts. Well, most of the time; it says "Unable to perform operation" and you have to go to Drafts to sort it out.

Mark Multiple still works in the Gallery for deleting. Press the wastebin icon. You now see a blob in the top left corner of each image. Click the ones you want to delete, and a check appears in those. As soon as you have checked at least one, the Delete option appears!

And YES THE BATTERY LIFE IS ABOUT HALVED. I have two 700 phones, identically configured, with the backup one on FP1.

Bear in mind Nokia are no longer working on Symbian. They flogged the whole thing to Accenture in 2011, with a view to running it down ASAP.

Also I found that FP2 does weird things until you momentarily remove the battery. Anything lesser doesn't fix it.
