umm Guys i got the new music player via OTA update , and my phone is running in belle fp1 O.O
but i still didnt get the music buttons in the notif.. bar. wtf is happening!!

all
i found some solution i think the problem in the nokia server not in software
they are releasing software for country and product code variant ok
i will advise to you all not to do the update "over the air"
beacuse some people recieving update "over the air" but the nokia still not release the software for their country or product code variant. they are updating and facing the problems.
if nokia release software for your country and product code variant you will surely get the update on nokia suite and software updater and nokia care also have the software.
so all people in my view you use for updating your phone (nokia suite,software updater or nokia care)
and you will also able to reinstall your software by nokia suite if their product code variant released.
some people saying they are not able to reinstall beacuse they have updated own phone from "over the air" and product code variant not yet released so they are facing problem after updating.
for check that your product code variant is released or not you have to use only (nokia suite,software updater,or nokia care)

i want to also mention that you are complaining about
1.front camera and exit button.
2.multiple selection in gallery.
3.volume touch interface.
4.colour of theme black and grey.
5.photo and video editor.
6.keyboard covering text
these features are not a software problem
nokia not put these features in update so all you can request the nokia to put these features again.beacuse these features are necessary.

am from india and have a 701 which i updated to FP2 OTA half an hour back and I must say that I hate nokia after they have provided the update...FP1 was much faster,visually better,music player was better too.it was awesome...but now my phone has become slow considerably...messaging now sucks a big time...whoever have not updated i beg u Don't Update PLEASE !!!!

Its simply frustrating,
No option to close camera, no option to use front camera, multiple marking option in gallery removed, video editor missing, not able to see text while replying to message by Swype input , its simply a hell, can anyone tell me how to roll back to 112......... Software version

i have nokia 603, i have updated it to nokia bell FP2 now as i had face many problem as in case of galary there many option is missing, in case of typing keyboard if u have to move your cursor forword or backword you will find both button are missing but all other buttons are fine and easy to type text as new option they had added is while half of the text the full name which start from same words get poped which makes typing easy as in case of camera they have not given exit option you have to press red button of call end to exit bad news is that video editor application don't work. I am not able to understand that how they launch updates without testing it, i have mentioned difficulty which i have found after updating to bell os fp2.

AnonD-75636, 13 Oct 2012I had fp1[111.xxx.xxxx] which was fantastic.but then,came f... moreI understand your frustration coz I just came across the same error. The solution was hard but when we have no other choice... Just follow the steps:
1. Turn off the phone (Go to no. 2 below if it is already “Off”)
2. PRESS and HOLD “Volume Down Key”, “Camera Key” and the “Menu Key” simultaneously
3. (Still keep pressing the above three keys) Now PRESS and HOLD Power On/Off button (Better get help from someone else for this “Press and Hold so many buttons” maneuver)
4. After a while the phone shakes up and the welcome screen is shown, continue pressing all the four buttons until the “Welcome to Nokia” (Language selection) screen appears, now release the keys…..Back to life! your precious phone
Repeat the process if nothing happens (Pressing four keys simultaneously is not an easy task after all!)
This hard reset will delete everything from phone memory and mass memory including the goodies that come bundled with the phone. So, if possible, remember to backup the phone contents using Nokia Suite.
