Losers, preorder ur Next Small Thing... after iphone 5 they realized the huge display on gs3 was a dumb idea... so they are making it smaller... typical!

What I resent the most is the camera downgrade, from 8 to 5 Mpx, and the feeble 1500 battery. The rest I could live with as I'm looking at phones with similar and even lesser specs.
Almost bought Xperia Arc S, but stumbled upon negative reviews about WiFi connectivity and cracks developing after only a few months of (careful) usage. SIII mini would be a good alternative, save for the above shortcomings. Shame, really, that they dumbed the phone down so much. :( There are plenty of people willing to pay a tad more to get a phone that'll be current longer (as far as tech specs go).
I was even considering getting the original SIII, despite the hefty price, but the device is just too darn big. Got all happy about SIII mini, but then I read the specs. :(

Wait wait... it should not has name "S" series. Better to line up with 8xxx series. Ace, W adn so on. Too brave samsung bring this phone and brand it Galaxy S III Mini. It just like give your pet name "The God". Fail...

The Galaxy S3 itself is amazing. But to bring out a phone that is nothing like its original is deceiving. If Apple make a mistake the whole anti Apple brigade start to make pages of remarks and bash the brand. At least I've got a valid reason here! And the reason why I'm bashing is again the ridiculous price tag for a phone that is mid range and nothing like the main!

might be smaller but its cpu is only dual 1GHZ and normal s3 is Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9, so SLOWER! i wouldnt bother then

You do that when company can't sell their flagship and very bad for profit.
And unfortunately SGS2 blows every current Xperia lineup away. Sad, but true story.

I mean £200 n I'd have said that's a reasonable price for a mid range phone. But £300? There are better phones you can get for this price! Samsung are sneaky but their clever advertising works, people who are not clued up on smartphones will buy this thinking its just a smaller Galaxy S3.
Shame on Scamsung!
