Anonymous, 03 Jun 2021Not bad. But how it will fight against Chrome 91 and Edge 9... moreChrome is a huge ram eater. Edge is far better.
Firefox is in the middle. Firefox is as fast as chrome.

This looks quite neat but I would prefer a design system that allows for user customizability. Which is something I would expect from the highly open-source nature of firefox.

Low contrast, a ton of white space, hard to read and navigate - the keystones of modern design made by people calling themselves "designers".

The address bar is unnecessarily high. It occupies a very useful area. The text in it looks very small

Not bad. But how it will fight against Chrome 91 and Edge 91? Is it faster? Compare yourself and tell me. And don't forget to create registry key named IRPStackSize with value 32. Search for it in Google. If you have more than 10MB/s internet speed you will benefit from it. Good luck.

Most of my IT/CS friends who follow this logic, they do so because they are lazy to improve their programs or fix the bugs that might occur when upgrading tools etc.

Dan, 03 Jun 2021Fresh and Modern are very overused words in the tech world.... moreYeah, I feel like there are just a few ideas that cycle around, but for those who don't remember five or ten years back, it seems new. Also like many UI redesigns lately, "clean" and "clutter" free = takes up more space and is less useful. I really don't need my tab bar to be wasting screen space.

Fortunately you can disable a lot of this nonsense in about:config. Just set "browser.proton.enabled" to false.

Al96, 03 Jun 2021just got the update last night. i don't like fact that... moreDisable 'Web Search' in 'Firefox Home Content' and you don't have to see the logo. Nobody uses that search bar anyways.

Know the difference between Firefox and Mozilla.

                              This looks soooo clean.

Why are you showing macos version? Mac os only represents what, 7% of computer user share....

Got it the other night. My Firefox Color theme is still working with the new build, I'm happy with it.
