The Albion , 08 Jun 2021Do any phones to you look ' glamorous '? L.o.l.Yeah, some do look beautiful (if not glamorous) to me personally, after all it's subjective.
A few of the old Nokias including Lumias, Find X (original), S21, P40/Pro, a few HTCs, Moto Droid Razr, a few Sonys including Ericsson, etc

The Android Freak, 08 Jun 2021They are not going to listen. If you have better alternativ... moreI don't consider investing in a depreciating asset like smartphone every year or two to be a good idea.
I am using my 7 y/o OnePlus One till date. I'd never ever prefer to buy a phone which is confirmed to become obsolete 3-4 years down the line. I buy phones which I think would last me a decade.
Moreover, Indian telcos are sh#t AF. They disabled 3G services to provide "better 4G service" (I can't understand how). And I suspect they'll do the same with 4G, once 5G is fully deployed.

I still find there is no need to buy these phones. Moto G60 has enough power and decent camera for everyone's needs. Rest should buy Redmi Note 10 Pro/Pro Max/Poco X3/Poco X3 Pro/Poco M2 Pro according to their needs and flash the roms. Still best out their. Next year 5G will be launched by Jio and price of 5G smartphones with proper 5G bands(6-10 bands) will be under 20000. Snapdragon 732G/720G/860 are the proper chipsets which we have to rely on for one and half year more.

When the phone is being sold in the name of 5G, how can you expect people not to fall for it?

Akashraj, 08 Jun 2021I know. Just saying for the people who want their device to... moreThere is only two devices which is future proof from connectivity in India.
1. S20 FE 5G which supports 9 5G bands with 4CA on Vi in Kerala and Maharashtra. Overall, it's good phone from all perspectives except camera.
2. Mi 11 Ultra which supports almost similar kind of band support on 5G. But I haven't seen proper CA yet as I am using Vi mostly in Mumbai. Generally Xiaomi phones are compatible with Jio CA(Mi11X supports proper 2CA on Jio network, thats not the case with Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 10T). I have seen only 40C. But I am happy with reception on Mi11 Ultra and Mi11X with Vi. Consistent 35-50Mbps without CA.

Akashraj, 08 Jun 2021That's bad. Probability of Indian networks using the s... moreBy talking with Gagan Arora. With Jio and Airtel you will get carrier aggregation for this phone which is sufficient. 10-50Mbps you will get consistently for next two years. I guess that's enough for everyday usage. For heavy downloads, you can opt for Vi if network is good at your place. Night unlimited is superfine.

The Android Freak, 08 Jun 2021Two 5G bands. That's bad. Probability of Indian networks using the same bands is low. It's a good device, sure. People shouldn't buy it for 5G. Between how you got the info on bands?
