Aahhh great news about the phone sizes, seems like they finally realized going bigger is not the way to go.

I'm doing fine with 6.1" P40. Actually its the best aspect of the phone. Ergonomically perfect.

Phone is gonna be 1,6mm shorter and 0,9mm narrower.

Peter UK, 14 Jun 2021Galaxy series used to be best of the best Samsung could off... moreSamsung makes S and Note weaker year after year to make people feel more interested in Z series. Despite lower volume sales compared to S series, foldables can in the end bring more money.

I would not feel surprised if at some point Z Flip replaces S series and Z Fold takes place of Note. Leaving A and M as regular smartphones.

Good. Anything over 5.5" is more than enough, so shrinking the screen from last year's 6.2" is definitely a good move. They could've gone for smaller since Plus and Ultra models exist for those who want larger screen, but it is a step to a right direction.

Smaller screen + probably smaller bezels. Looks like we're up for another great compact phone.

I would buy it only if its a bit like s10... with the same design.

Galaxy series used to be best of the best Samsung could offer, now for that you have to get the biggest device available. The rest of the bunch is missing better screen, refresh rate, cameras, basically everything... Such a shame. I just can't see to move from S10 to S22 as there will be no point and not enough changes

Smaller screens are most welcome. But they better not pull that 1.1x zoom crap again... Vanilla S22 and S22+ need to have at least 5x zoom, while the Ultra gets 10x zoom. Sounds reasonable, doesn't it? Though Samsung will most likely ruin everything by castrating the specs of vanilla s22.

Bring back the headphone jack and 1440p resolution on all models.

The should only make ultra phones then!!!!!!!!!

so pretty much like the s21 ultra, being the only one from the trio to use it.

That was tiny, but again if they make different sizes we all can get what we want.
A tiny Sammy phone was expected, while Sammy remind me of Apple in many ways... Never again.

A smaller screen in the vanilla S22 would be welcome. 1.4" may seem very little, but I was unpleasantly surprised when I swapped my S10 for the S21, the 1" screen difference (along with S21's worse body to screen ratio) was more than noticeable in my hand.

                              6.06-inch display!!!!!!!! YEAH!

6.8 is Max screen size on candybar format I can stomach. Only make it smaller and lighter, Max 74 mm wide and 210g
