font camera of pad cannot pick up the photo
After downloading file from the web or google drive, the file name was not the same.
there is no data transfer cable to connect with PC

The phone, by itself, is one sexy beast. The way it tapers to a narrow wedge and the zen pattern on the back is very attractive, combined with the serious hardware inside.
However, the keyboard is a mandatory part of the Padfone package, and having Jelly Bean would certainly be great. Asus has a great concept and hardware, but they seem to be struggling with the release details. There are still to many unknowns, in particular where and when will it come to market. I'd love to buy this package, if I could at least get in my hands...

Two weeks after I bought my LG Optimus 3D the phone's capacitive keys broke down and my phone was send in for repairs. I got it back after 2 weeks and it should have been fixed. After half a day the same problem showed up again. I registered myself for their "VIP" service and got the phone replaced within 24 hours..... by a phone which could not make a phone call.
They replaced my broken phone for another broken phone!!! After lots of complaining and being called a crook by their customer service. I got it replaced vy a phone which worked..... for a few months. 6 Months after I got the replacement the power button broke down.
I was lucky because I still had the "VIP" service so it got replaced by another phone. 2 months after that replacement (that is right now) the phone charging started to get erratic and it didn't show the correct charge anymore. So right now I'm stuck with my 3 year old HTC Hero because my LG Optimus 3D is in for repairs..... AGAIN!!!
Beside all my hardware issues there's the software update issue.... whenever I got a replacement it was still on froyo.... which meant I had to update it to gingerbread. And I think absolutely nobody is expecting am ICS update for their 3D or 2X anymore. So software wise Android is almost on 4.2 and LG owners are stuck on 2.3....
So you can keep saying LG is the best based on NO experience at all. People who have owned an LG phone know they make crappy phones.

My dream and automatic buy for me would be if Ubuntu for android was on this device and would activate when plugging the tablet into the keyboard dock. With Asus's track record of working with ubuntu one would think this could be a possibility. Sadly though i think i will be dreaming for some time

Still, at this point in time, I'm tilting towards thd new $249 chrome book + nexus phone...maybe a nexus 7 too, depending on how the LG nexus is priced..
Right now all three together $249 + $349 + $249 = $849...

Also, the SIII was released like what? 5 months ago? LG Optimus G hasnt even been released yet. Obviously the time difference results in an unfair comparison between the devices. If Samsung came out with another flagship at the same time as LG, it would be better than the Optimus G.

It will not sell as many as S3 and I am not a Samsung fan. However I will buy this phone because you are a good promoter. No seriously. I will use it as a 2nd phone after the Note2. Peace.

This was a no-go for me without the keyboard... Now I can cope with 32GB internally and having another 32 or 64GB on the SD slot of the keyboard...

Time for my stupid comment: So we got it almost right. A slick phone, a tablet, and a keyboard dock. Only one essential piece missing: a x86 processor, with a normal OS so it could be used anywhere for everything. I would give even ~1500$ for that combination (it has to play full hd movies, and give me the normal web experience-flash)

Designs are "subjective" and preference varies from person to person. Why fight over designs which eventually even hide behind your cases? I believe every phone out there is good. What android lacks is good hardware software integration which manufacturers ruin by providing their own UI. I hope the rumour is true that we will get an option to use original android OS. Looking forward to both, phone and tablet as I plan to buy both this year.

Yeah right! You meant Samsung phones don't you? If LG phones are ugly and bad quality you seriously need some glasses. Look at the S3 with its stupid rounded shape and if you compare it with LG 4X HD or Optimus G, with squarish design, they look kinda classy, more premium. People have different tastes and that's why it is good to be different. If we all had the same tastes the world would have been very boring.
