Microsoft is really stirring some serious bowl of s**t here. Only reason they'd go so bats**t crazy on encryption stuff is to stuff some ridiculous DRM into OS and they need all this crap for DRM to work. It makes absolutely no sense to be so anal about it.

At certain point they realized how antiquated they were and came up with Windows 8 (without removing any bug) but that was a failure. Since then their designing teams got into make up. Newer generations reject Windows os. It’s their daddy’s class OS.

My unused Acer laptop using i5-6200U CPU (I think) goes into the bin later once Windows 10 becomes obsolette. At least it’s supported until 2025 if that’s true.

I noticed that the interface is so close to android's os or iOS interface.
Maybe Windows is trying to lauch this type on interface to pc/laptop then will try to revive its windows phone again. My guess.

Also its pretty pathetic that their own surface studio 2 is not supporting Windows 11, even if Surface studio 2 has some potent hardware

Also linux is the way to go for servers and some back office
For me windows is dead, linux and macs are all
Windows is left for kids who wants touch desktop and full on gaming

Windows 11 is just an windows 10 under the hood with some new features for kids/young people for todays times..some features are nice but windows 10/11 is now in general just for the gamers..80%
For servers/work/productivity macs on arm and linux are way to go..
What was windows in bill gates era in the 90 and what it became...nothing new

So they can reduce requirements for insider groups but not general public. Appears to be a ploy to induce new computer sales and money grab.

The servers runs Linux because the software to use it is buit for Linux.
