Why does the 1 inch sensor look small? Does huawei do anything magical???? Even xiaomi with 1/1.12 inch sensor has a mountain sized bump

it will wobble on the table just lile every other phone.
it's just a phone, if it works properly and gives good results than who cares if the camera enclosure is a square or circle or any other form.

why there are 2 led flash ( 1 in second circle and 1 at between the circles) ? and the first circle is cramped by 3 tiny cameras lens , so what megapixel will huawei use this time?

Well this one definitely for girls. I believe the more premium colors are gold (that been teased earlier), hopefully another one is frosted matte silver or black.
