I have only QLED TV with panel from Samsung and everything perfect except absence of FALD. Main problem of IPS is lower contrast in compare with VA. But if you do very decent FALD, you should be able to make extraordinary contrast even on IPS. So why so much scepticism?

      Finally...now it's funny how Xiaomi's still releasing local dimming with as low as a laughable 100 dimming regions, with miniLED no less. There's absolutely no use for miniLED if they're laid out that sparsely inside the backlight. It's degraded to a marketing buzzword.

        always with these large sizes i wish they'd make more smaller 40 inch sizes with all these features intact

            We will see if LGs local dimming algorithm is any good on their QNEDs. For their NanoCells, it has been historically bad
