AnonD-2663, 25 Oct 2012Give me the clean, integrated Windows Phone interface any d... moreToo bad wp is non functional. I'd have tried it ,but no VPN support or file management support made be get an android device. I've realised, just stick to a flagship android . You'd get both functionality and updates.

JB is close to 2% and ICS is about 25%. It really doesn't matter though. Most market apps don't use any api greater than what froyo provides.

Really.. 4.2? Seriously, if I was them (Google), I would put 4.2 to next year. Not even 5% users are running Jelly bean...

Don't know why but I really like the look. It'll be nice to have android 4.2 but the fragmentation is a huge issue. I think less than 1% of androids run JB and A small percentage run ICS. With that being said, I'm sure I'll still want this phone. I'm a huge nexus fan

Seriously, can we stop having Koreans make Google phones? Their use of plastics (not limited to phones heh) is making flagship phones feel like toys!

I think people are forgetting that this is a Nexus phone made by LG. That means you'll get all the updates as they roll out (unlike with the 2X where none did). I think the hardware is good. I root my phone when I get them and I'll probably just use CyanogenMod so it doesn't really matter to me. I just like how the Nexus phones are plain black but hopefully they use some sort of scratch resistant glass (or Gorilla Glass) for the front and back. My Galaxy Nexus doesn't have scratch resistant glass so it gets scratches now that I using it naked. Was hoping that the battery was removable but if it lasts long enough then it's alright.

Flashing your phone weekly just to find a usable ROM wears thin after about 6 months. It's at this point that you realize just how crappy this so called "open" platform is.

LG actually makes really nice hard ware. Were they usually fail is the missing or late upgrades for their phones, which should not be happening with this one, so you might actually have a winner here!
