Hard choice for 2021, 08 Jul 2021Due to the review about many bugs and its gets easily bend ... moreLol, even my plastic F1 doesn't have any durability issues and doesn't bend in the jerryrig tests. Also, no bugs or whatsoever from my 3 years usage. I am in MIUI 12.5 may security patch updates now. I activated super wallpapers for fun. I also get the new control centre, display settings with HDR AI enchanting, video toolbox, and the premium themes apps with tons of options. Right now, i kept switching between Oneplus, One UI, IOS, ColorOS, OriginOS, and vanilla Android themes. And those themes are excellent, they change icons, system looks, notification tray, battery percentage, etc to look like one of those software i mentioned. I am pretty satisfied with my F1 so far, glad i bought it over other midranges that day

The software bugs are now gone in the updates
but as its kinda huge to so idk if i should buy f3.
the micro sd and the 3.5mm jack aren't something that really care but if it has then its better.

Anonym, 08 Jul 2021The OnePlus 9 is non-nonsensical, a strange miscalculation ... moreI mean, no companies want to make their midrange have better parts than their flagship. It doesn't make sense if Oneplus 9 or maybe Oneplus 9T doesn't have OIS while their Oneplus 9R and Nord 2 has it

About ads idk. My Poco F1 doesn't have any ads, lags, stutters, or slowdowns until miui 12.5 now. So personally i don't know what's the difference that's obvious. For the connectivity, both F3 and Nord are 5G, what will differ them maybe are the amount of bands, since Poco F3 lacks the N40 5G band. For battery, both should have the same 4500mah battery with inly charging being the difference

It is... moreThe OnePlus 9 is non-nonsensical, a strange miscalculation that now has to go on sale so early in its life. The midrange is an even more competitive segment, it's not like OnePlus has much of a choice if they don't want to add another failure to this year's tally -- OIS is pretty much the only thing that can make this phone standout from everything else and the core ethos of the original Nord.

Hard choice for 2021, 08 Jul 2021Looking at design, camera ,OS, decent size of 6.5 , charge,... moreBecause of the software, cameras, micro sd slot, and the lack of an headphone jack? If Poco manages to fix these kn the F5, it will be perfect. It is impressive and stunning to see how technology has come over the years.

At 2018, the £300 Poco F1 has flagship performance, cooling, battery. While other parts are midrange level.

Now at 2021, an £300 Poco F3 has flagship performance, flagship design, almost flagship build quality, flagship connectivity, flagship level display, flagship haptics. While others are midrange levels.
It is impressive for what an £300 phone can get u right now, so maybe with future Pocophones we may have an Flagship level cameras, Poco may return the headphone jack and microsd slot, and improve the software for the same price. And at that time, Poco will be unstoppable.

Jhay Jhay, 08 Jul 2021Cool are you going with the poco f3 it is.But i will rather... morePoco F3 vs Nord 2:

                1. Better display than Nord 2 (120hz E4 OLED vs maybe 90hz oled)

                2. Snapdragon 870 5G with gcam compatibility Vs Dimensity 1200 that's as strong as Snapdragon 860

                3. OxygenOS vs MIUI. MIUI wins in the amounts of features, while Oneplus wins in software support, icons, system looks, and lightweight

                4. Oneplus has twice the charging speed (65W vs 33W)

                5. Both phones will have the same Glass Plastic Glass Build.

                6. Poco F3 uses IMX 586 1/2 inch sensor no OIS, 8 MP UW, 5 MP Telemacro. While Oneplus Nord 2 uses 50 MP IMX 766 1/1.56 inch sensor (OIS? but the 9 doesn't have it so i wouldn't expect it to be on Nord 2),8 MP UW, 2 MP Mono camera. Oneplus has an hardware advantage, while with Poco, being an Snapdragon phone, can install gcam to be perfectly stable. Since mediatek are known to be bad at ISP, Image processing tasks, and incompatible with Gcam.

                7. Poco F3 costs £349 now for 8/256 GB. £299 for 8/128GB in online stores. While Nord is expected to be above £399

                8. Poco has Flagship level haptics (same as Mi 10) and stereo speakers. Nord 1 and Nord CE have crappy haptics and no stereo sound, so i don't know if Nord will bring those features to the table.

                9. Both are splashproof, but Poco has an marketing IP53 rating. No headphone jack, but Poco comes with an dongle in box. Both boxes comes with an charger and case

Those are the comparisons, let me know if anything is missing.

Looking at design, camera ,OS, decent size of 6.5 , charge, its better in these aspect but other than that Poco f3 wins .But idk why i don't feel like buying poco f3 even though its on the market. Idk what one plus is trying to do bringing something on the budget range when it can't even win against the competitors .

On par with snapdragon 860, but still clealry an 50% step up from the overhyped 765G last year. Also, i don't know how mediatek will fare in the ISP for the image output. But, If Oneplus just charged £499 for the Nord 2, than it is a no go.
Since even Poco Could offer :

                                        1. 120hz amoled e4 flagship level display
                                        2. Snapdragon 870 5G
                                        3. Glass build GG5 dual plastic frame
                                        4. 33W charging + 4500mah battery
                                        5. 256GB UFS 3.1 and 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM
                                        6. 48 MP main camera with an ultrawide and telemacro

I mean, if Oneplus were just to add an 50 MP main camera, 65W charging, and downgrade the screen quality compared to the F3, add OxygenaOS, then downgrade the chip from 870 to dimensity 1200 and PRICE it £499??? Than..No wayyyy. I would sacrifice battery charging, software, and slightly better main cam for an £150 cheaper price, but better display, and better chipset
