If they ever thought of how heavy their skin is and how initself it's difficult to bring about a stabilized version they should have thought against churning out so many irrelevant boring phones.
They should have focused on improving their existing portfolios and divide more budget and time to software development. And thus more timely software updates.

If apple allows 3rd party launchers and side loading, we can't hear the end of it. It's fine if you want a device that just works but that doesn't mean I want the same. 99% of Android users may not want what I want but I can still get what i need only in Android side of things. For eg, YouTube Vanced and Fdroid app stores aren't available in iOS. Just watched Mr whose the boss video and lmao iOS icon lacks are too tedious it seems🤣🤣

And every time you ask what it is you're seeing same launcher/themes/sideloading/custom ROMs argument. 99% of people just don't care about any or most of that.

IOS is like having a babysitter, you are stricted from many things, but it's safe...
which is both good for simple people and bad for anyone who want to do specific things, unlike android...
each has their good and bad, it depends in the end on who is going to use it.

Android 12 on Realme, Samsung, OnePlus or whatever will look the same as it did all this time. Companies stick to their design theme regardless of changes in stock Android itself. Some might adopt it, but I'm not expecting many. So, unless you run Pixel phone or some Nokia, it's unlikely you'll even be affected.
