Unfortunately I have spent 5k on a one plus buds which is delivering poor sound quality when I speak... So no longer suggesting to other ppl

Noise cancelation isn't bad but noise isolation is enough for most people. There are cheap earbuds with noise isolation and they block background noise perfectly. Try different earbuds and don't look at prices.

I seriously have started having a 'meh' reaction with everything OnePlus post the Oneplus 9 series "HasselBAD" debacle and the Oppo merger. No longer have any major hopes with Oneplus anymore.
