cny 1699 roughly 222 wueoa for this specced phone is way too much.
PLenty of toher much better devices can be bought for same or even lover price.
Like Xiaomi X3, Huawei P Smart 2021, Huawei P40 lite, Samsung M21, Samsung A32 etc

If I'm not mistaken, Maimang is Mate Lite series from Huawei before. Looks like the series separated from Huawei now.

Anonymous, 20 Jul 2021I’ve never heard of this sub brand before.It was owned by Huawei and only sold in China mainly offline by carriers. Huawei must have offloaded it to China Telecom as otherwise it wouldn't have access to 5g chips

This is weird, China Telecom Corporation is a state-owned enterprise, whereas Huawei was a private company, so how is a government owned company so quickly selling a private company's product ? Or was Huawei was never actually privately-owned to begin with ? ;)
