My a10e went black screen and the the flash lite came on and stayed on when the screen went black and won't turn on please help

Tracfone a10e's got the Android 11 update- Sprint however is stuck on Android 9.

If you didnt get it on time odds are good your not going to get it. Theres nothing to force them to send it to you ,they rather sale you a new phone

Well its April 2022 my A10e SM-A102U is still running ten and doesnt recieve security patches either. I think a class action suit against samsung is in order. Anyone know how to proceed with that?
