Why to pay extra bucks if screen protector does same tricks for much less money.

But as i said compared to a 100 or more bucks IP rating on a phone cheap cover can do that same for screen protector over GG Victus etc.

Full specifications like weight of the phone, screen quality,IP ratings,etc are missing.It is alsovery pricy now .In my recommendation, wait for one year the price will come down slowly. Currently it is good than One Plus Nord CE 5g.I am writing this after a lot of testing and experience. Thank you. 😀

I wo... moreUntil you are submerging your phone for underwater shots or any other reason, IP rating is good but still over-rated especially as OEMs still won't cover water damage warranties despite the IP-rating. Most mid-range phone can handle light splashes or rain pretty easily or even accidental spills.
Heck I've spilled milk (accidentally ofc) on my Z2 Plus & I even used to wash the grease off the screen under a thin stream of tap water, and it's still my daily driver after 4 year's despite it having no sealing whatsoever (I did open it up later once my back panel cracked)
I used to do the same (washing under tap water) for all of my dad's smartphones all the way from SG SII, Lumia 925, Moto G Turbo & now the 8.1, after he returned from office & I wanted to use his phone but hated all the grease built up during the day!

And they still put useless 3rd lens for their high end phones...
Just stick with dual camera and reduce the price... However ... The design look clean..

I kept a Snapdragon 410 Redmi 2 Prime happily for 7 years, and I was told Helio G90T was a monster in comparison. Its obviously the software that's not so well.
Anyhow, coming to the topic, do you people notice that they shifted to Snapdragon 870, not 888?
Probable reasons that come to my mind are price, size of device, but most importantly the need for a cooling system to keep the beast cool, and ruined battery life. All demerits of the 888.

I still remember the Realme 6i that I bought for my wife, the green version really looked like a luggage. No disrespect to the designer though, my 2 cents.

Many else things are useless this way.
For example GG6 or Victus if a screen rpotector does same for 2 dollars.

Yes IP rating s useless nowdays every phone can withstand few raindrops.

Just look at the Reno 2, despite having mid-range chip (SD 730G), it had 3 proper cameras w/ OIS, notch-free screen, SD card slot, 3.5mm jack, even USB 3.0, beautiful/distinguishable back design w/o camera bump, glass (GG5)/metal build all for a reasonable price. And ofc as u pointed out-X2 Pro, K20 Pro, 7T have all been stripped off features in their successors!!
