A fan of anything or anyone has his/her senses in its place even if someone is criticizing their favourite person or OS, in your case.
While a "slave" gets so triggered that he/she starts typing whatever strike their heads first. Just like you missed the most important word of my comment, "aspect". And even after that, you were defending a "fact" that can't be defended at all.
I've seen Apple and Sammy fanboys defending their brand for not including a basic necessity called charger/adapter. You're no different. And I prefer calling those "fanboys" a "slave".

IOS is getting features which are a decade old in year 2020-21.
Android is miles ahead. Even Android Marshmallow is more advanced than latest iOS.
This is why iPhone 6s receiving iPhone 15 isn't that big of a deal.

I love Apple for its software update policy. Their update policy is commendable. And I don't think any Android can even come close to it in that aspect at least for another decade.
But since I can't use it for a decade (yeah I use phones for that long, minimum), I am compelled to buy Android. And no Android was there with flagship chipset and LCD screen (I don't use/plan to use AMOLED) except this one, I was again forced to buy Mi 10T only.
P.S: I hate Xiaomi for its update policy of merely 2 years for all its products. Even Samsung and Vivo have started 3 years update promise, apart from OnePlus and Google.

I myself still listen to the news and current affairs through FM Radio all the time, so having such capability on a smartphone is a necessity. That said though, you can still use the USB-C port as an FM Radio antenna as Samsung and LG had proved with the Galaxy A80 and the Wing 5G respectively,

Advertisement: I can't really say about that because now I am using my first Xiaomi phone and that too, is Mi 10T. So, definitely there aren't any advertisement on it.
For Poco, I do believe advertisements would be there. But then, what MIUI can provide you is something that no other Android skin can offer.
Also, disabling advertisements via adb shouldn't be a problem. And in case you lack that much knowledge, then also, disabling advertisements shouldn't be of great issue.
And yeah, I am someone who hates stock Android and most importantly, Realme don't have that many custom ROMs as Xiaomi, which is top priority in my case.

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2021FYI I know a few people that broke their USBC port because ... moreExactly! USB-C, like any other port, has limited number of plugs, after which it becomes unusable. If phone doesn't have a headphone jack, you'll have to use USB-C which means it will break sooner.
Another reason why I avoid phones without 3.5mm jack is FM radio. It doesn't work through USB-C, so the only way to listen the radio on these devices is through streaming which requires network connection that might not be available at all times.

It stays in your pocket, doesn't get lost. You people are seriously trying too hard to downplay the fact that 3.5mm headphones still available for use with your phone. Not everyone is interested in TWS.

The USB ports are less likely to get so damaged with wear and tear, that they need a replacement. I've had more people with failed motherboards, displays, camera sensors,etc. But very few with failed USB type C ports.
I've been a retailer for more than a decade now.
We do all kinds of mobile repairing. So I know what I am talking about unlike you.
