Also the GAAFET is next generation transistor from FinFET, we will see smartphones clocked higher then 3.3Ghz.

This report should be taken with a grain of salt. Mediatek exaggerates the specs of their processors to hide the weakness of their processors. For example, the Dimensity 1200 is dominated in benchmarks by the last 4 generations of Qualcomm processors, the powerful 888, 870, 865+ and 865. You have to go all the way back to the 855 to find a Qualcomm processor as slow as the Dimensity 1200.
Even worse, Meditek overclocks their processors to make them appear more powerful than they are. This results in poor battery life, system instability and premature processor failure.
If Mediatek wants to compete with Qualcomm and Intel they will need to open R&D centers in the USA and Europe. With a Democrat in the Whitehouse, the USA wont defend Taiwan. The Taiwanese would be wise to relocate their strategic industries to other nations outside the reach of the PRC.

I would guess this will be better then snapdragon 888, exynos 2100 and a14 at peak power and won't throttle. A15 will be over clocked a14 so it will throttle even harder, Exynos 2200 will be the same as snapdragon 895 but will better AMD GPU.
Kirin 9010 and Mediatek would be the best processors without any throttling at peak performance since they will be build by TSMC, Exynos would be second with the AMD GPU, Snapdragon and A14 will be the last place since they both will be thermal throttling nightmares.
That's just my guess.

4nm is TSMC'S premium process... And mediatek is getting elan early slice
Mediatek has taken control of the chip market.. and even if costs mediatek an arm and a leg to pay for it
Why are they so confident about this ?
Chipsets are going to be actually amazing again for the first time in years all because of massive competition
