Realme must provide firmware which supports dual frequency gps instead of just churning out new phones. So many chips from mediatek and Qualcomm support dual frequency gps and realme keep selling phones without enabling it

The Realme 8S looks like just a warmed-up last year Realme 7 5G. Reskinning older models seem to be the modus operandi of BBK brands lately i.e. Oppo Reno6 4G is the same as Reno4 4G.

So, they release a new phone in the series every six months (typically in March and September) - the Realme 7 Pro, the 8 Pro, etc. Then, they release 5G versions - the Realme 7 5G and Realme 8 5G. That's not enough, so they release another Realme 8 with 5G instead of waiting for the Realme 9, which might be two months away. I'm struggling to take this company seriously.
