Well, but the problem with physical stores is pricing.

An example on my country: POCO F3 6 RAM and 128 internal costs 399 euros in Xiaomi store when at 3rd party stores (physical and online) i can get the same phone, same specs for 309 euros.

So whats the point of opening oficial stores?! To overprice things up? I know employes need to be paid but, isnt our fault.

I'm surprised stores are still opening any where, with this pandemic and everything, but hey cudoz to you All 👍

Physical stores are as important as products. For 150-300 euro category even more. Others can just wonder why they cannot sell a lot(like sony, even closing existing stores), its not stores fault for them being in red.
Not to mention, advertisements/commercials, though Huawei ads were the best, having any add and a lot of good phones available is important. Even better for xiaomi now, as price for brand is minimal, so its great for majority of pockets in these times.

that junkyard brand doesnd deserve any atention, their authorised service center only repair phones in waranty, and only phones sold by ALSO former Solytron- their partner,if you want to repair phones sold in other EU countries you are out of luck, out of waranty phones they refuse to repair too,so stay away of them
