    If employees are providing a device this service will have very little value. As 158 for 8core compared to buying a PC with an 8 core real cpu nit virtual is pretty expensive. And you can pay less than 2k for an 16 core with a dedicated GPU and it will last more than 2 years. 16 core(8 real, 8 virtual, high end i7 for laptops)

      I don't know why normal consumers are complaining about something which is business and enterprise specific. It costs huge money to business to run, service and support their devices. 20$ for an enterprise is actually budget friendly. And when it comes to enterprise, Microsoft is Goliath (2 Trillion valuation).

        2 to 130 a month is insane.
        Any low end laptop with windows included will cost way cheaper than this.
        Definitely not interested and not worth the price or effort.
        I think they would like to rob its customers.
        And i bet in a site www.serialz.to i will find launch key for even windows like this to have it for free and for unlimited ammount of time.

            as per the graphic image seems like all related to Apple they cant not make a longer battery life laptop so decided to give windows on MacBook without any installation

They hope most of the world will do the sane thing and buy a laptop which is better and can use longer instead of paying few months subscription time. Maybe in 2-3 years they will be ready and then the prices will drop to like 5$ a month. Benefits consists in the security and the reliability of the service and data.

                  This 365 services are for business centric tho. So the prices may sound "justified" when it comes to business. You don't have to maintain anything like software, hardware, etc. All comes included.

                    Makes sense to give this cloud PC solution to Business and Enterprise outfit. The only reason why I would ever want this as a general consumer is that I want to use Windows 10 on my Android phone with Desktop Mode. But then again, in the case of Samsung, they created DeX for PC software that allows the use of DeX-supported Samsung phones on a Windows 10 or macOS laptop. So the appeal of using desktop OS via cloud solution on Android with Desktop Mode is gone.

However, if you can part with cloud sync/services, then it's easier, better, & cheaper to run Parallel software on the MacBook simply because it runs smoothly on windows without internet utilization (it's kinda like windows-virtual machine for Mac).

                        This is more for tablets / iPads users. But then again.. there are other better alternatives.

                          So this will be an easier way to run windows for the M1 Mac users for those occasions where they need to dive into windows?!
