Apple's recent loss in Mexico and UK (and eventually the whole European Union) only proves that the US decision months ago was legally wrong. These countries know better about creativity and competition...what do you expect about a country founded on civil liberties and democracy - and yet, is a proponent of the treacherous and murderous Anti-Trust law that pretentiously burns monopolies at the stake (poor creative Microsoft). For Apple, losing Mexico and the European Union is good...that's what you call plain and simple Karma for being such a tightass jerk.

Perhaps, Apple co. might seek to sue the public who eat apple one day.

Just like how Apple sued Cisco for the iphone and won when Cisco owned the name way before the first Apple phone came out.
Now you can say this is Karma in a way since Apple has a history of going after everybody. Not only that they lost and have to apologize for that bogus ban in the UK. If I was Samsung I would ask for that 1 billion back for the ban in US.

DotDot, 02 Nov 2012i is trademark for apple, and already use before 2003 , so ... moreChoosing a trademark: more simple is easier to remember, easier to get confused. Its time to pay back, apple. Galaxy s is hard to remember, but never get confused.

Huge huge blow to apple. But oh well. They should have done some research before suing ifone. I'm an apple supporter, but this one is their own undoing. Quite pathetic actually, lol! Oh well. They don't need Mexico anyways. They will still outsell their competitors easily. They don't even have china yet, and the iphone5 is one of the most popular phones on the planet. But yes, dumb move apple.
