I think the law and the judges are not using logic in this case, only by giving the same pronounication name doesnt make the other prodcucts good instead need to have that quality what apple posses...who had heard abt ifone apart from the mexicans...however no need of introuction to iphone!!!also 4 years in mexico the patent was registered what about the other country where apple registered their product, instead ifone should be sued and pay all the sale happening on their product to apple....

This is yet another epic of a giant flexing too much muscles and forgetting that he is on steriods. Reality is just so hard for the fruit company.

it's not really that simple...jobs got his life's work copied before but back then he didn't have the money to fight the copier. now he has (apple at least - he died) and should fight so that history doesn't repeat itself.

Hey Apple guys, how about going back to the drawing board and re-start making innovating products, instead of acting like a bunch of Jack Asses?!

Seems like apple should not give bonus's to there legal staff and give them windowless offices and then focus on making great products.
Why even worry about a competitor that is copying you. the copy cats have no chance as they will be a couple product cycles behind.

Since Apple's (and the world of course) loss of Steve Jobs, they've just gone downhill. I've lost every respect for them. All they want now is freakin' money. The iPhone 5 is nothing, just an inch or so bigger. Now they bring out the iPad mini. WHAT THE FRICK?! Despite Steve Jobs said "There will be NO iPad mini", they go out and make one. Nice way to live up his name and honour it, losers......

Time for Apple to find new lawyers as their current lawyers clearly don't like doing their homework....ha!
Maybe Apple should hand their Legal department over to the Design department....they clearly have a lot of time on their hands ;)
