Anonymous, 05 Aug 2021Stock android isn't faster anymore. It isn't 2015.As long as less ram is used due to less apps in a cell phone it is and must been definitely be faster no matter what you think.
Samsung UI for example have like 30 preinstalled apps which consume ram since you run your phone for the first time.
Stock android have nothing like that just the very basic camera app, messaging app, dialing app, maybe a google chrome and thats it.

John, 04 Aug 2021Just a matter of time before it hit the Nokia 5.4.Lol, the 5.4 should have come with Android 11 out of the box because it was launched 3 months after the Android version was introduced. Instead, Nokia chose to launch the 5.4 with Android 10 just so it can reduce the need of software support for the phone in the future.

Let the user to pick and install apps they want.
Forcing them uis just not good.
Same like with Covid vaccine in many countries.
Samsung UI is miles worse than any other UI i know. And if some UI is good its only Nokia, Motorola and Oneplus which are closest to stock android.
Rest is just bloatware filled with tons of adds and dual apps such as samsung internet in a phone where in the same phone you have google chrome.
For what sake 2 brownsers are needed in a cell phone.

Go to Xiaomi's XDA-Developers forum and Reddit website and see how many people complaining about the MIUI's lacklustre performance. Why not buy Pixel or Noki... moreBecause Pixel is not officially available in my country and HMD Nokia doesn't make a new flagship-grade smartphone since the 9 PureView. That is why I resort to custom ROM flashing. At least it has given my Xiaomi phone a brand new lease of life.

Well there is no doubt the update is very late, specially considering the Android One branding.
But Android 10 was good and had no problems, so I don't mind this delay so much as long as Android 11 is not very buggy.
Android One is easy better than any other skin, as there are no bloatware and combined with Nokia design it appeals to many users.

Why you need to complain about MIUI when you buy the Xiaomi phone for the main reason to get best hardware for the best price on the market and then you place a new stock ROM on it. If you praise this stock android so much then dont complain about Xiaomi and it's MIUI. You have no right to blame them as bad or what ever when they are pretty much only one in the market that allows you to change OS on the phones while give you a high end class hardware for half of the price the usual known brands give
