Its a market disruptor, its margins are very little especially for budget phones, as long as they are not losing money, they are fine with small margins. As long as they sell a lot, that's their mantra.

                        Battery 4000mah its sucks

                          $230 for same chipset as $130 Redmi 9 and 60hz lcd? (Poco offers 120hz lcd, Redmi offers 60hz oled for the same price) Hard pass for me.
