I suspect that 4 MP selfie camera also uses binning, a low resolution sensor with 2um pixels sounds odd (unless you're HTC :D). Anyway, this is rumored info, so there may be some mistakes in there, check back with us on Wednesday for the official details.

Remember the phone with SD855 that claimed to do 8K?
Or the other which sensor is told to be up to 6K according to its spec list?

12MP 1,4µm pixels where have I've seen this before? Oh yes on my S10 main cam lol.
I hope this is wrong because the leak seems to have flaws like 8k recording from 12MP cameras or outer screen having wrong resolution 832 vs 816 like Fold2

it’s vely alarming that Samsung is now number 2 in smartphone market. It will be decreasing day by day if they can't take proper policy. I Don't understand why they aren’t using their top notch smartphone camera on their foldable also. Last year I wanted to buy fold 2 but bought note 20 ultra cause the camera on fold 2 wasn’t same qualityful as note 20 ultra. Its so so costly fold Phone but camera isn’t top quality. So sad.

The 12MP cameras can't have 8K Video recording if they remain unchanged. It's anticipated that it will have the camera set up of the S21

I never understood the reason for front facing cameras in fold lineup. The front display can be used as a view finder for back cameras, so that people can take great selfies. Now that it is under the display, I have made up my mind.. I will definitely own it. Once the fold 4 comes out, i will buy this fold 3.
