Motorola is the grandfather of mobile communication. And apple is like a rebellicious and obnoxious newbie who bully other older and more mature company.
Apple did not invent the retina display. They do not even produce it themselves.

Motorola have no background in mobile tech.? Im sure you have been told over and over again to measure the amt of crack you sweeten your coffee with.
Motorola has arguebly the biggest portfolio of patents when it comes to mobile celluar tech.

ahh.... though i dont own any shares of Moto but somehow i'm glad that it has backfired on those greedy and senseless ppl at Apple. their arrogance have gone into their head and they thought that they r the almighty suing others thinking that their brand name will get them tru everything even though it's obvious some cases are 'no' case like the iFone and A.pl suits! glad that at last some sense r getting into those judges in the US!

apple is totaly out of control.
on the courts apple is losing ground.
apple does not inovate at all since 2,5 years the same products (ipad3 = ipad4; iphone4 = iphone4s = iphone5)
to be honest, since the jobs went to hell his evil empire is going down.
but since apple's markting is still just brilliant they can sell their old stuff for high prices.
but speaking about apple's future - it is the moment to sell the apple shares.
they will not be as successful in the future as they were in the past. with upcoming android 1080p phones, sgs4, sony odin and so on - apple is going to lose alot of ground. next year numbers are going down. i am sure! and in 4 years (5 yares after jobs helltrip) there will be no new iphone.

Come on you Android geeks. Why should a small and weak company like Motorola, with virtually no background in mobile tech, earn money from Apple's sales? I mean, it is not enough that Motorola and Android copied the iPhone (look at Motorola Milestone, it looks identical to the iPhone), now they want to steal their money too! Just wait until Apple comes with it's iPhone 6 with 2k resolution on it's new innovative, better-than-reality retina display!

I think Apple should change its name from 'i' to 'e' then... eApple, ePhone, ePod...etc which 'e' stand for 'eaten' because the apple logo is an apple that already ate by someone!

I think Motorola being too nice! Motorola is the one that created the first Mobile Phone in the world. Apple should bow and pay whatever Motorola asked and thank Motorola for the technology!

What is unbelievable is that apple sues other companies infringing their patents but is not willing to pay for patents they themselves have infringed? That's cheap according to me.

I also red a news that Apple sued iFone in Mexico ( a Mexican telecom services and systems company).
iFone was already registered four years before iPhone was introduced to Mexican Market last 2007. And yet Apple has the balls to sue iFone.
What is wrong with you Apple?

Now this is funny^^ Apple countersued for unfair licensing terms^^ But they themselves wanted 30-40$ per phone from Samsung for their bounce effect and so on... But they talk about "unfair" licensing ^^
