Anonymous, 09 Nov 2012So the GSIII is outselling the 4S which is an older generation p... moreI believe the title is: "Apple drops out of Top 5 in China, Galaxy S III tops iPhone 4S in Q3". If you cannot understand, please, by all means, by yourself a dictionary. :)
Apple, as a company, is at #6, while Samsung, as a company, is way ahead of them, and also if you noticed, the main topic would be Apple losing against Samsung and other companies. If your precious iPhone 5 is not available in China, it's not the writer's fault. The writer only wants people to see what really is going on, "at the time of writing".

Anonymous, 09 Nov 2012They never claimed that at all. They never claimed to invent any... moreOh really? If they didn't claim anything at all, then why did they file lawsuits? Hmmm... And why did they have patents if they never intended to claim anything to begin with?? :Þ

Anonymous Guy, 12 Nov 2012why don't people just get the facts and read the lines..whenever... moreActaully they do tend to claim that they brought it or they made it better or only iphone does it or iphone does it better....or "most advanced mobile operating system". Lies, scams, steeling, over pricing, suing, and monopoly is their game. though yes everyone needs to stop comparing. Iphone never has been and never will be the best or first so problem solved. Compare to more equal devices

why don't people just get the facts and read the lines..whenever apple launches a feature they don't compare it with other brands but iPhone itself ie biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone.. they never compare their products with competition and that's their strategy to claim doing things first. (just my opinion)

But I thought chinese were Die hard apple fans. Haha. Poor Apple. Samsung and Google are really ruining them.

Gondar, 11 Nov 2012Did Apple invent boxes with rounded edges and single front butto... moreYou cant patent such things. They are non patentable and not used by Apple first so its illogical that they can even own such things. Rounded corners...Oh dont forget when the judge even mentions that samsungs tablet was slender like the ipad....I guess apple was the first to bring slender and patented it too

Anonymous, 09 Nov 2012They never claimed that at all. They never claimed to invent any... moreDid Apple invent boxes with rounded edges and single front button? Yes, Apple never claim that they invented those things, but they patented them, so that some clearly oblivious people (which made up most of their customers) won't confuse a Samsung phone with an iPhone.

Apple has been powned! Loosing court cases everywhere. Had to pay 600 million to keep the stolen name ipad. Lost a case for the stolen name iphone in mexico and had to pay compensation. they unfairly won that big case in the us but are still reaping what they sow everywhere else. that had to compensate samsung for loosing again in the uk and for the second time had to post on their site that samsung didnt copy them. And now they are not even in the top 5 of one of the biggest markets. Apple is eating karma big time!!

I just think its funny how people are arguing over who has the best corporations phone.
These huge companies must love having the pawns do battle for them!
Keep it up!

apple just rebadged the a6 processor like they did with the a5 like they did with the a4. Apple is not a hardware company so how o. Earth can apple design an soc from scratch?

No Two, 09 Nov 2012Mr.No One The main reason why there are billions of Apple hat... moreThey never claimed that at all. They never claimed to invent anything, only that these were new features for their OS. Haters gotta Hate, and they gotta make false claims.

Apple has always overlooked countries like China and India by launching Iphone and ipad several months after their initial launch in developed countries.
Why is that partiality? Samsung is one of the largest phone maker in the world, yet they launch their phones all over the world at the same time including India and China.
I think it's time to teach a lesson to this fruit company. It starts now in China. Adiós Apple

No Two, 09 Nov 2012Mr.No One The main reason why there are billions of Apple hat... moreNo Two, that would be the "Reality Distortion Field", in which words are carefully crafted and parsed to give the illusion that Apple is the undisputed leader of innovation, almost mythically so, and that all others are just copycats. Steve Jobs was REALLY good at this game, and could seduce others to his bidding in a very effective way.

I'm actually hard pressed to find ANY invention that came out of Apple. They are good at combining good technologies and designs from elsewhere, not so good at incubating new stuff on their own.
