    After all there used to be iPods to play music. The fact that a phone supports so many functions has killed "single task hardware" like iPods and PDAs.
    But to repeat: feel free to buy whatever you fancy.

But it still lasts 1 day longer than any watch Samsung released after. I was thinking about the new classic, because of the storage and Google pay. But I know I'll be losing a day or two on battery. I charge gear s3 once a week.

Also for any other situation that you want music and prefer to leave the phone safe at the house (plus not having to use the phone's storage)

                              The only real life scenario is swimming and honestly I don't think I want to swim with Bluetooth headphones on.

                                Meanwhile Huawei Watch GT was thrown without updates and support - no media playback, no stopwatch, no GPX export. painfully buggy GPS, activities often hanging up and stop recording, incoming second line call hangs up first line etc etc. Example of poorest support.

                                  That's new on wear os? Samsungs tizen had that since Spotify could be used on a snart watch. But very limited playlist, because of tiny storage the watches had.
