Hey, my One plus 6 has suddenly stopped working. Some sort of sound was started and I was scared and switch off my phone. Post that the phone is not boot up. It went to CrashDump more. Please help me. How can a fully working phone suddenly not working. It should give some sort of intimation before it is completely gone for not working mode.

Offer only available in exclusive store. Went there they said due to high traffic you have to leave the device for a week. Also said that as you have broken screen it is advised not to replace battery because the screen can get completely shattered. Is anyone also got the same feedback to not replace the battery in case of a broken screen?

I have changed batteries in oneplus 1/2/3 myself with samsung devices and laptops.. I am not in the industry and am a physician
only time things don't work is if they don't clip on the cables properly
it's pretty easy to open, change and close
they have says those to protect themselves from predatory customers aiming for free upgrades

Today submitted oneplus 5 and OnePlus6....Only they asked for labour charges and its not instant it will take 2-3 days after submitting the device

Today I want to the 1+ store and ask them to battery replacement of my phone (one plus 3). They told the same thing like after we changed of something happen (touch screen is not working, button s not fixed properly....) we are not responsible. I really don't understand if that is the case then why didn't mention disclaimer about this.

People getting their batteries replaced please check your phone post the replacement process. Check whether the phone is sealed properly or not, check the phone for any scratches (this happens most of the times if they are not able to open it, they lack expertise here) and also check the battery health. I have had good experiences as well as bad experiences but the bad experiences are rather worse. If they indeed mess up, they will deny any wrongdoings. So be alert.

Yes, I got to pay only 472 (service charges) and battery was free for me on OnePlus 5T. But they didn't mentioned it initially when I submitted the phone for battery replacement.
I got my battery replaced from OnePlus Jaipur Service Center. But this is country-wide offer. So will work at any store.
