One UI 4.0 update for Galaxy phones inches closer as Samsung lays the groundwork

A Galaxy S21 Ultra was spotted running Android 12 in a Geekbench test. Also, Samsung updated one of its apps with Android 12 support.

What are even differences within OneUI versions? I don't have any feeling what is different between OneUI 2.x and 3.x or just between 3.0 and 3.1...

At least make One UI 4.0 without ads
I have S20 FE 5G and mi 10T pro and MIUI 12.5 is ad free but my One UI 3.1 got some annoying ad
I don't know how Samsung get away from EU laws
