Opera is one of the best browsers, though I have'nt used Safari(few South Africans have Apple computers and the iPhone is not yet available here) but I use Opera on my PC(not even the latest version) and is way faster than Windows Explorer and I also have the latest Opera Mini 4.1 on my non-smart phone(Nokia 6234 with only 3G, without the video call front camera). With Opera Mini you can save pages for offline veiwing and it's got the syncronise button to sync it with the desktop version, and many more features. I believe Opera Mobile 9.5 has flash for YouTube support, I trust those guys.

Would this be the same version of Opera that the HTC Touch Diamond is using? Never used Opera before, the Symbian browser seems to work better on my N95...this update is looking good though.

@kirt Skyfire is nice but its a very memory intesive program. Plus they track all your surfing habbits because they load the web pages onto there servers first to make it faster. I don't like people watching what web pages I go to. Opera by far is one of the best out there but we will see when the new PIE comes out that supports flash.

The iphone UI is perfect, so instead of trying to beat it just copy it, whats wrong with that, no 1 will care. However make little changes so copyrite wont b an issue :)

will it have flash support, no mobile web browser i have seen is able to handle flash content its quite frustrating given the extensive use of flash applications now used in internet media
