Nokia being as huge as it was meant that it was a slow death - but all the signs were there that Nokia's time at the top is over.

    Legendary keyboard mechanism. Such a satisfying thing to use.
    I wish Nokia would have survived. I wonder how good N97 form factor would be with modern technology.

      No one replaced Nokia as a whole but Samsung came close.

            Then Elop came and killed everything.

            I hate when people Relate Nokia failures with IPhone, like Nokia was some luxury brand and Apple replaced them.

              Nokia still used a resistive screen for it which was slow and awful. Resistive isn't built for multi-touch.

                How unfortunate that they had a trojan horse and didn't go with Meego OS. It could've been an amazing OS, but it was never given a chance.
